Viewers get to see the good side of "Fisher's ATV World." Brian Fisher, who hosts the Outdoor Channel show, knows the truth. Sixteen-hour days, weather issues and production costs are often part of making the show look perfect on TV. The hard work paid off last month when the show, which calls Dover homebase, picked up an award for Best Off-Road Series from the Outdoor Channel. Fisher and the entire team accepted the glass trophy Jan. 19 during the 12th Annual Golden Moose Awards ceremony at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He said it was an honor to pick up the award, voted on by his peers, in front of so many other stars. "Bone Collector's" Michael Waddell hosted, the Grammy-winning Zac Brown Band performed and attendees included Craig Morgan, Ted Nugent, Jim Shockey, Shawn Michaels and Joe Mantegna. |
